BLANCOS PILESO S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as BLANCOS PILESO, is a Commercial Company that aims to manufacture and sell pillows, decorative cushions, chair cushions, pet mats, and pet beds nationwide and internationally. These products are made available to the general public through our marketplace within the domain www.blancospileso.com. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you understand the scope of the products we offer, as well as the scope of these terms and conditions.
BLANCOS PILESO is located at Blvd. Hidalgo No. 7038 Col. Los Castillos 1a. Secciòn, C.P. 37209, in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, where our administrative offices are located. This address will be used to receive any relevant notifications related to BLANCOS PILESO.

Once you enter the website, you will have the option to create a user account for making purchases. However, you can also make a purchase as a guest user. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS?

Due to the use of electronic devices for purchasing, there might be slight color variations between the product images displayed on the website and their physical appearance due to factors such as photography, image lighting, device type, and screen tone. These color variations will be minimal.
As mentioned earlier, it is not necessary to create a user account on the platform to make a purchase, but you must be of legal age in your country of origin and within Mexico to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
Once you have selected the product and color of your choice and verified its availability, you will proceed to our shopping cart for finalizing the sale. Here, you will be asked for personal data, including NAME, EMAIL, ADDRESS, POSTAL CODE, and PHONE NUMBER for shipping purposes. SHIPPING
BLANCOS PILESO has contracted a Fulfillment company to deliver our products quickly and at the lowest cost. Therefore, we have an agreement with the company called SKYDROP, to whom we will transfer your personal data, including your name, address, and contact number, solely for the purpose of delivering your product as soon as possible. We recommend reviewing their Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your information and to exercise your ARCO rights if you consider it appropriate, which you can do at the following link: https://logistica.skydropx.com/aviso-privacidad/.
Please understand that despite considerable efforts to cover all territories within Mexico, there might be areas where it is not possible to deliver the product. In such cases, we reserve the right to refrain from selling the product due to our inability to make the delivery.
For us, your purchase is valuable, which is why shipping of our products is entirely free for purchases equal to or exceeding $899.00 Mexican pesos. If the purchase amount is below the established price, our form will display the exact cost for shipping the product to the destination.
Our orders are processed within 48 hours once the payment is validated and reconciled in our system. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Fridays and/or during holidays will be processed on the next business day, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 6 business days.
The above paragraph will not apply if there is an overload in the parcel service we have provided or if the geographical area does not allow delivery within 48 hours. In such cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days without any liability to BLANCOS PILESO.

PAYMENT
Once you have selected the product in the desired color according to our inventory offered on our domain www.blancospileso.com, you will have the option to proceed to the shopping cart to complete the transaction. You can choose from the secure payment platforms we have selected to offer you excellent service.
Please note that BLANCOS PILESO does not collect your banking personal data. However, we have ensured that our service providers have security measures in place to protect and handle your payment information properly. If you wish to exercise any of your ARCO rights regarding your banking information, we suggest contacting the payment company you have selected for this purpose.
After selecting the platform and payment method of your choice (PayPal, MercadoPago, and/or Aplazo), you may be redirected to external domains to complete the purchase transaction or to review credit eligibility through the Aplazo platform. Before providing your personal and/or banking data, please ensure that you are on the chosen platform to prevent any criminal behavior by third parties.
Choose your payment method carefully, as BLANCOS PILESO will not be responsible for any discrepancies in amounts or any failure to reflect the payment for the product. However, we will be monitoring your transaction to promptly send your product once the payment is reconciled.
INVOICING
Once you have made the payment for our product(s), you can request a personalized invoice by contacting us via WhatsApp through the corresponding section and/or via our contact phone number at 5527557909 or via email atencion.a.clientes@blancospileso.com. To request the invoice, you must be registered with the Tax Administration Service and have a Federal Taxpayer Registry. Additionally, other data such as your fiscal address and Fiscal Situation Certificate will be requested. Please note that this data will be transferred to the Tax Administration Service and its certifying entities, and this transfer does not require your consent according to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
WARRANTY
BLANCOS PILESO informs you that all the products we sell have a high level of satisfaction, but they are susceptible to origin and/or manufacturing defects. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department at phone number 5527557909 or email atencion.a.clientes@blancospileso.com within 15 (fifteen) natural days after the purchase, following these instructions:
Contact our customer service department within 15 natural days after the purchase, providing the transaction receipt and product details.
Once you contact us, you must send photographs of the product, which must be in excellent condition as received, clearly showing the origin or fabrication defect.
If a refund applies due to origin or manufacturing defects, BLANCOS PILESO will send you a prepaid guide to your contact information, allowing you to visit the nearest branch to send the product back to our facilities. This must be done within the next 72 hours after receiving the prepaid guide. If the shipment is made by you after the specified 72 hours, BLANCOS PILESO will not be liable for the previously authorized refund.
Upon receiving the product in the conditions established in this section, BLANCOS PILESO will refund the amount you paid for our product within a maximum of 8 business days through a bank transfer to the account you indicate.

Please be informed that BLANCOS PILESO is a registered trademark with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, and users are not allowed to exploit this trademark or any other marks identifying any functionality or module of the computer program or the company’s services, and in general, any other mark owned by BLANCOS PILESO.
Subject to compliance with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BLANCOS PILESO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to (i) access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services, and (ii) access and use any content, information, and related material that may be made available through the Services, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. BLANCOS PILESO and its licensors reserve any rights not expressly granted herein.
BLANCOS PILESO has and will retain at all times the ownership of intellectual property rights over the Services, including computer programs and complementary programs, as well as all modifications and updates, including those improvements and modifications made to the technological application dynamically and constantly.
When you use the digital platform, BLANCOS PILESO commits not to copy, modify, amend, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, compile, disassemble the software, nor create any derivative product from the BLANCOS PILESO platform.
Users may not request or allow third parties to:
Remove or modify the trademarks of any program or notices regarding BLANCOS PILESO’s property rights.
Make programs or derived materials available to third parties for use in their business operations.
Modify, create derived computer works or programs, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, reproduce, distribute, decrypt, or download any part of the BLANCOS PILESO software.
Perform or disseminate any of the following security tests of the Service Environment or the associated infrastructure: network detection, identification of ports and services, vulnerability scanning, password decryption, remote access testing, or penetration testing.
These behaviors will be considered security breaches for the purposes of this contract, and BLANCOS PILESO will communicate and cooperate with the corresponding Authorities.
SECURITY
As a technology-based service tool, BLANCOS PILESO continually verifies the security levels regarding the storage and interface of our company’s operations. However, it remains susceptible to computer attacks, malware, or any other damage caused by third parties. Therefore, we kindly request that you always verify that you are on the correct BLANCOS PILESO domain before taking any action within the platform.
BLANCOS PILESO does not guarantee the loss of information that may result from the platform’s use. However, we do guarantee that we have conducted tests to ensure the reliability of its operation and have not detected any issues that could lead to information loss.
Additionally, we inform you that despite the risks mentioned above, BLANCOS PILESO always seeks to provide confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data we process to ensure excellent service to our customers.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision or part of the terms and conditions is declared illegal, void, unenforceable, or otherwise inapplicable by any competent Authority, such provision or part of it will be deleted from these terms and conditions, and the rest will be applied as if such provision or part of it did not exist.
Any omission (total or partial) or delay attributable to BLANCOS PILESO in the full or partial application or enforcement of any provision or stipulation in these terms and conditions and/or the rights derived therefrom or any applicable law shall not be interpreted as a waiver of BLANCOS PILESO’s rights or actions.
JURISDICTION
Regarding the compliance, interpretation, and enforcement of these terms and conditions, you expressly submit to the applicable and current provisions of the Mexican Standard of Electronic Commerce NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2018, the Federal Consumer Protection Law with its headquarters in León, Guanajuato, as well as the laws of the State of Guanajuato and the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of the City of León, Guanajuato, waiving any jurisdiction due to their present or future domiciles or any other circumstance.
